At Thursday’s Annual meeting, a vote was scheduled for the approval of the Proposed New Bylaws by a quorum of the members of the association.
An attorney representing a homeowner spoke to raise an issue regarding the Marketable Record Title Act, and suggested to put the bylaw amendment procedure on hold so that we can correct it.
The Board made a motion to postpone the vote on the Bylaws until the additional issue raised regarding the Marketable Record Title is addressed with the individual homeowners. The motion was approved unanimously.
We will be reaching out to the individual home owners affected directly by this matter, and we will advise the members when we are able to proceed with the next step.
